Entry-Level Opportunity in Inspection \& NDT

Are you looking for a practical, hands-on role where you can learn from experienced professionals and develop your career within inspection and NDT?

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Inspection Assistant / Operator to join our inspection team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced inspectors and support inspection activities to ensure they are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high quality standard.

No previous inspection or NDT experience is required. We are primarily looking for individuals with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This is a practical role that can be physically demanding at times. You should enjoy working in an operational environment and be comfortable contributing wherever needed.

Prepare tubular equipment and other materials for inspectionAssist inspectors throughout the inspection processPrepare inspection areas, tools and equipment for daily operationsSupport inspection activities in accordance with procedures and safety requirementsMaintain a clean, safe and organized work areaAssist with basic data entry, documentation and record keepingFollow HSE, quality and operational proceduresParticipate in training and learn basic inspection techniques and principlesRaise any safety or quality concerns to the team

Is hardworking, reliable and respectfulEnjoys practical, hands-on work and is comfortable with physical tasksIs punctual, responsible and able to follow instructionsWorks well as part of a teamHas a strong focus on safety and qualityIs motivated to learn and developHas basic computer skillsHas good written and verbal English communication skillsNorwegian language skills are an advantage, but not requiredPrevious experience from industry, manufacturing, workshops, inspection or similar environments is beneficial, but not essential
