Planning / Senior Planner

Responsibilities

Oversee schedule planning, resource allocation, and cost control for the Civil scope.Integrate and communicate plans from subcontractors into the main project schedule.Establish and maintain detailed Level 4 and Level 5 project schedules.Lead project progress reviews, validating and challenging reported progress to ensure accuracy.Identify and highlight the critical path, schedule risks, and propose optimization and mitigation strategies.Provide project management with insightful scheduling analysis to support decision-making.Ensure all scheduling activities comply with contract requirements, regulations, and internal work processes.Proactively identify and implement opportunities for schedule improvement.

Required expertise

Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field; extensive relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.A minimum of 5 years of work experience in project planning from EPC projects.Extensive hands-on experience with Safran Project software is essential.Strong understanding of schedule planning, resource management, and cost control.Experience from EPC, modification, or field development projects within the oil and gas industry.Solid understanding of construction sequencing, work logic, and interfaces between disciplines.Experience in planning civil works is highly advantageous.Proactive, structured, and results-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
