What drives customers to choose one lender over another? How can we continuously improve the customer journey while delivering sustainable growth and profitability?

As Product Manager -- Consumer Loans Norway, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Santander's consumer lending business in Norway.

You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L performance of the Consumer Loans portfolio across the full customer lifecycle---from application through to the end of the customer relationship. Working closely with colleagues across the Nordic organization, you will identify market opportunities, optimize customer value propositions, and ensure our products remain competitive, compliant, and customer-focused.

Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Consumer Loans portfolio in Norway.Own the Consumer Loans product P&L, including revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and key commercial performance indicators, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.Monitor customer, competitor, technology, and regulatory developments and translate insights into product improvements and business opportunities.Lead cross-functional collaboration across the organization to optimize product performance.Own and prioritize the product backlog, driving product development, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support the development of pricing, distribution channels, insurance offerings, and customer acquisition strategies to strengthen Santander's market position in Norway.

You are a commercially minded and customer-focused professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive in a collaborative environment, build strong relationships across functions, and use data and market insights to make informed decisions.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within product management, business development, strategy, sales, or commercial planning.Experience from consumer lending, banking, financial services, or a related industry.Strong understanding of consumer loan products, portfolio management, pricing, and profitability drivers.Experience working in cross-functional and agile environments.Solid knowledge of the Norwegian consumer lending market, customer behaviors, regulatory landscape and competitive landscape.

Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.Experience managing product performance, profitability, and business KPIs.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Understanding of product development methodologies and agile ways of working.Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
