Technology Advisor / Tech Lead – Microsoft stack

About the role

Novanet is expanding its advisory practice and is looking for an experienced Technology Advisor or Tech Lead. You will help organisations make sound technology decisions and turn complex initiatives into practical direction.

What you will do

Clarify needs, constraints and priorities with stakeholdersFacilitate workshops and decision processesSupport technology leaders and cross-functional teamsAdvise on technology strategy, architecture and deliveryImprove collaboration, team structure and ways of working

Who we are looking for

Experience from software development, technology leadership or advisory workBackground as Tech Lead, Team Lead, Architect, Product Manager or similarStrong customer-facing communication and facilitation skillsAbility to create clarity in complex environmentsMotivation to learn Norwegian over time
