Arbeidsoppgaver
Key****Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to Marani Oslo's recipes, standards, and quality requirements.
Participate in the preparation and development of authentic Georgian dishes and menu items.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation during service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with food safety regulations.
Assist with food preparation, ordering, stock control, and inventory management.
Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team during busy service periods.
Support the Head Chef in maintaining high operational and culinary standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a very fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Experience with Georgian cuisine is an advantage, but not required as long as the applicant is willing to learn fast.
Good communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
