We are now looking for an analytical and commercially minded Investment Professional to join the investment team in Oslo.

As an Investment Professional, you will play a central role in analysing and underwriting investment opportunities across a broad range of real estate segments. You will take ownership across key parts of the investment process and work closely with colleagues across the broader Nordic investment platform.

Evaluate Norwegian investment opportunities and develop key analyses related to investment cases and strategiesAnalyse markets, assets and key value and return driversIdentify and develop new investment opportunitiesDevelop and maintain underwritings and financial modelsPrepare investment and divestment materials and recommendations for investment decisionsLead selected workstreams across due diligence, structuring, negotiations and transaction execution

A university degree in finance, economics, business or a related field, with a strong track record of academic performanceTypically, 2-6 years of relevant experience within finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, management consulting, real estate or another investment-oriented environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and commerciallySolid experience with financial modelling and valuation, combined with advanced proficiency in ExcelResult-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to take ownership, drive workstreams forward and deliver high-quality work within tight timelinesFluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written

Experience from real estate is an advantage, but not a requirement
