QHSE Coordinator Mongstad

Reporting line
HSEQ Coordinator Mongstad will report directly to QHSE Director Archer Norway.

Role
To ensure that industry-leading standards for health, safety, work environment and customer satisfaction performance are consistently achieved.

Contribute for developing and maintaining QHSE processes in compliance with internal and client requirements, standards, governing rules and regulationsDevelop and maintain processes and management system for scope of workMonitor and verify compliance with standards and report on performance and improvementsFollow-up of non-conformances to make sure all actions are closed out in a satisfactory mannerResponsible for quality assurance of any reported incidents in Client's system within SoWEstablish lessons learned from own operationVerification of activities such as audits, management visits and management reviewPoint of contact for governmental agencies and key customers for QHSE related issues related to the projectEstablish and follow-up of yearly action plan for QHSE. This includes planning activities such as audit and inspection plans, focus areas and action plansActively support company's HSE initiativesContribute to identification and follow-up of HSE hazards in contractor's risk management systemParticipate in-and be competent to lead investigations of undesirable HSE&Q incidents as requiredResponsible to ensure that Working environment health risk assessment (WEHRA) are performed and documentedFollow-up quality plan for the workPerform HSE inspectionsEstablish and follow-up project specific Energy Management planAssist and follow up internal and client requirements for Risk Management

Qualifications Education :

HSE related Master or bachelor's degree. Offshore experience can compensate for lack of formal education. Good knowledge of relevant national and international regulations and requirements.
