HR Administrator

Provide first-line HR support and respond to employee inquiries.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee communication, first day at the office and system access.Prepare monthly payroll input and support benefits administration.Maintain accurate employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori.Process HR documentation, including employment certificates, parental leave documents, and other employee letters.Manage vacation balance administration and employee leave-related processes.Support recruitment administration, including job postings and coordination with hiring managers.Process invoices and maintain accounting information in SAP Fiori.Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system implementations.Project owner of leave management system implementation

Bachelor in HR or business management, or AdministrationHolds a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, Finance, or a related field.Is a recent graduate or has some experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role.Comfortable with using Microsoft Office, particularly in excelProficient in business English and NorwegianHas an interest in systems, processes, and how technology can contribute to more efficient ways of working.Demonstrates strong systemcapacity and quickly adapts to new tools and technologies.
