On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Document Controller Pnr: 6001572

Job Description:

    Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and proceduresResponsible for document management in individual project or contractEnsure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplinesResponsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document controlResponsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control toolBe familiar with eventual electronic client systemsResponsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentationResponsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation-

Qualifications:

    Long experience, 10 to 12 years, within offshore /onshore related projectsKnowledge of relevant standards, prosedure and requirementsKnowledge of modifications on offshore / onshore installations when in operation

Personal traits:

    The ability to work independently, as well as in a teamGood communication skills, written and oralIs systematic and accurateHas high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirementsIs solution-orientedCollaborative work attitude and accepts multicultural work environment
