We are strengthening our Project Department and are looking for a Project Managerto join our team at Grilstad in Trondheim. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of customer projects and deliveries. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong planning, prioritisation, and coordination skills. You will work with colleagues and customers across our international organisation, including projects and stakeholders in Asia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure, and leading projects from handover through final delivery.

Manage several customer projects simultaneously, from handover to final deliveryEnsure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, cost and qualityDevelop, maintain and follow up project plans, milestones and prioritiesMonitor project finances, risks, costs and variation ordersCoordinate internal specialists, suppliers and other contributors to ensure progressAct as a key point of contact for customers and provide clear, timely project reportingWork across functions and locations in an international delivery environment

A bachelors or masters degree in engineering, technology or another relevant discipline. Relevant experience may compensate for formal educationExperience from project management, project coordination or technical customer deliveriesSufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering and product specialistsCommercial and financial understanding, including the ability to follow up cost, risk and project performanceAs all communication, both internally and with external customers, is conducted in English, strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
