To strengthen our Communications team, we are looking for a Communications & PR Associate who is passionate about clear, strategic communication and engaging storytelling. In this role, you will help position Norsk e-Fuel as a trusted project developer by creating compelling content, supporting media relations, and strengthening our digital presence. You will also coordinate communications and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. What You Will Do As Communications & PR Associate at Norsk e-Fuel, you will work at the intersection of communications, public relations and content creation, helping to strengthen the company's visibility and credibility across different stakeholder groups: Manage our digital presence Shape, maintain and create content for our website and social media channels, ensuring consistent communication, strong brand visibility and a credible market presence Create impactful communication materials Develop press releases, articles, visual assets and other communication materials that translate complex topics into clear and engaging stories Monitor brand perception Track media coverage and public perception, identify opportunities and risks, and help ensure consistent positioning across all external communication Coordinate events and external activities Organize conferences, speaking engagements and other events, supporting their planning, execution and follow-up Equip the team for effective communication Create templates, company presentations and communication guidelines that enable clear, consistent and professional communication Support strategic communications Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that strengthen Norsk e-Fuel's visibility, credibility and market positioning Coordinate and contribute to stakeholder communication Work closely with project teams to communicate milestones and developments in a timely, transparent and consistent way across different stakeholder groups What We Offer Be part of a mission to de-fossilize aviation and contribute to mitigating climate change Work alongside top experts in project development, carbon capture, hydrogen production, and renewable energy Enjoy 30 days of vacation (6 weeks) Benefit from comprehensive personal and travel insurance, including family coverage (applicable when based in Norway) Take advantage of education and development options for professional growth Work in modern, collaborative office spaces in Oslo with subsidized lunches Enjoy the flexibility of remote work options Be part of a culture of trust that values creativity, innovation, and professional growth, where your work will directly shape our strategy and impact the climate Being an expert from day one is not expected; there is space for development and growth Your Profile A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media or a related field Around three years of practical experience in corporate communications, public relations, content creation or a comparable role Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate technical and project-related topics into clear and engaging content Experience managing digital communication channels, including social media and websites Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, a Scandinavian language is an advantage A proactive, structured and hands-on way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Curious, collaborative and comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams and technical experts Confident working independently while taking ownership of projects from idea to execution How to Apply: Please submit your application through Finn.no.
