Join IMDEX and help shape the future of mining technology We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Manager Europe, to lead and develop our regional supply chain and logistics operations. This is a key role responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory and warehouse operations, managing logistics partners, and creating a scalable supply chain capable of supporting future growth. Responsibilities: Develop and continuously improve the European supply chain and logistics strategy in alignment with regional and global business objectives. Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, asset management, personnel, and operational performance. Maintain and develop the regional warehouses and distribution network, including evaluation and selection of logistics and warehousing partners. Ensure import and export processes are executed correctly and in compliance with local and international regulations. Implement and drive an effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in close cooperation with Sales, Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams. Work closely with sales teams to understand market requirements and coordinate with global supply chain teams to secure adequate supply. Daily management of the Supply & Logistics team across Europe. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Who we are looking for You are an experienced supply chain professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable leading operational activities while driving longer-term improvements and change initiatives. You enjoy collaborating across functions and geographies and have the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, internal stakeholders, and customers. We believe the ideal candidate will have: Experienced in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, operations, or procurement. Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, and distribution networks. Knowledge of import/export processes and international trade requirements. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
