The Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization is responsible for delivering secure, reliable and modern IT services across Elkems global operations. Within I&O, the Modern Workspace team drives the digital workplace experience for employees worldwide through Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint management, collaboration and AI-powered productivity services. Right now, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 expert who can lead the Collaboration subject across Elkem. By joining the Modern Workspace team, you will have the opportunity to be the collaboration technical team lead and: Develop Elkems Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform Drive governance, security, compliance and best practices across collaboration and productivity services Define technology roadmaps and advise stakeholders on new Microsoft 365 capabilities and opportunities Lead adoption, training and user enablement to improve the employee digital workplace experience Ensure high-quality service delivery through support coordination, continuous improvement and process automation Coordinate technical priorities and work closely with internal teams, external partners and key business stakeholders Qualifications required for the position: Bachelors degree within Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint Online and other M365 technologies in enterprise environments Solid experience with IT support management preferably from a global company Experience and understanding of UX and EX requirements Fluent communication in English and Scandinavian Experience with the following areas is an advantage Design, documentation, and implementation of enterprise solutions SharePoint architecture and migrations Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio Microsoft Graph, APIs, scripting and automation Power Platform governance, including Power Apps and Power Automate Teams administration and meeting room Elkems values form the foundation for the way we do business.
