As the face of our Oslo office, you will be the first point of contact for employees, customers, partners, and visitors. Our headquarters is a vibrant workplace with approximately 250 employees and serves as an important meeting place for colleagues from around the world, as well as our B2B customers and business partners. Key Responsibilities As our Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our Oslo headquarters, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace for employees, customers, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Managing reception services, visitor access, and telephone inquiriesCoordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative support for employeesSupporting office operations, including office supplies, catering, mail and shipmentsMaintaining a welcoming and well-functioning office environment in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersAssisting with events, sample sales, and other activities at headquartersSupporting various administrative processes, systems, and ad hoc tasks as neededQualifications & Experience We are looking for someone who combines excellent administrative skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
