Job Description Issue and follow-up on purchase orders with strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creationConduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutionsPrepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineeringPerform commercial evaluations of quotationsMonitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and qualityManage variation handlingHandle risks, deviations, and invoice processingEnsure all activities comply with our guidelines, work instructions, and proceduresContinuously work on improvements to reduce internal and external risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaborationQualification Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant subjects such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or similar Minimum 3 years' experience within supply chain management in Oil & Gas You are commercially aware You are professional and an independent team player You have strong oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English You are flexible and willing to adapt to changes You engage positively with others and demonstrate a high degree of collaboration skills You work in a structured and efficient manner, always in accordance with applicable guidelines Experience with SAP is an advantage A high degree of data discipline is preferred Work location: Bergen.
