From campaign strategy to execution, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in how the company communicates.<br />If you&#39;re ready to take ownership of performance marketing in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment—where experimentation, continuous learning, and customer focus are core to how they work—this could be the opportunity for you.<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across digital channels to reach the right audience at the right time.</li><li>Lead demand generation initiatives that drive qualified leads and revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Manage and grow the company’s organic social media presence, creating content that engages and resonates with their target communities.</li><li>Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals—bringing in new customers and deepening engagement with existing ones.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact campaigns.</li><li>Own global one-to-many marketing and sales communications, ensuring message consistency and effectiveness across all channels.</li><li>Promote a growth mindset within the marketing team by continuously testing, learning, and optimizing marketing efforts.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and contribute to product direction.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li> 3&#43; years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.</li><li> Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.</li><li> Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, email marketing, reporting, and marketing automation.</li><li> Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and marketing funnel performance.</li><li> Experience working closely with Sales and understanding how marketing activities contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, reporting on, and optimizing marketing and funnel performance.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.<br /> </li></ul><p><br /><strong>Why Join Our Client?</strong><br />You’ll be part of a forward-thinking marketing team that values innovation, autonomy, and measurable impact.
