As a Customer Operations Representative in the Nordic team, you will play an important role in supporting our wholesale and B2B customers across the region. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, clear communication and reliable customer follow-up from order entry through delivery and aftersales. In this position, you will contribute to one of Norway’s most internationally known and recognised consumer brands by helping customers and internal teams succeed in daily operations. As part of our professional, multinational team, you will handle a variety of tasks for Nordic wholesale and B2B customers. You will contribute to order book management, delivery coordination and aftersales processes. You will work closely with the Nordic Sales teams to offer the best possible service to our customers across all business units -- Sports, Workwear and Musto. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service Excellence Customer service: Provide first-class, customer-oriented advice and service to Helly Hansen wholesale and B2B customers across the Nordic market. Assist with product deliveries, prices, discounts, aftersales checks, campaigns and other service-related questions.Team: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the business to support a one-team approach, strong service standards and shared business objectives.Internal collaboration: Provide practical assistance to colleagues across the wider Helly Hansen organisation.Cross-functional collaboration: Work with local Sales, Finance, Logistics and other teams across the company to exchange information, align decisions and secure the best possible solutions for our customers.OPERATIONS Order Book Management Support and follow up on order entry.Check terms and discounts according to seasonal deadlines.Monitor product availability and possible delays.Communicate with customers and Sales teams regarding changes that may affect orders.Ensure orders are released on time to meet customer needs.Reconciliation of returns, chargebacks, reclamations and exceptions.Contribute to the monthly forecast process and actively follow up on shipping targets.SKILLS / PERSONAL QUALITIES This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys customer dialogue, order follow-up and internal coordination.
