DNO Norge AS is looking for students to join our 2027 summer internship programme within Asset & Project Development, Drilling & Wells, Exploration and Subsurface. The internship is planned to have a duration of 6-8 weeks. During the internship, you will join one of our technical teams and contribute to real assignments that reflect our day-to-day work as a North Sea operator. Necessary training, guidance, and support will be provided throughout the program. The exact assignment will depend on your academic background, interests, available projects, and our business needs. In your application, please state which technical area you are most interested in. Choose your technical area Drilling and Wells - contribute to such as well-planning or engineering studies, analysis, operational preparation, risk work, lessons learned or improvement initiatives.Exploration - Work with geological and geophysical interpretation, data, well logs, technical databases, prospect evaluation or related exploration studies.Subsurface - Support reservoir, production or integrated subsurface studies through interpretation, modelling, data analysis, well and field-performance work or technical documentation.Non-Operated Asset Management - Contribute to analysis, reporting and continuous improvement activities supporting DNO's non-operated portfolio, including elements like project development and production performance.What you can expect Day-to-day guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to learn from specialists in your area.Experience of collaborating across functions in a professional, fast-moving organization.The opportunity to build a network within your own team and across DNO Norge.Relevant and challenging assignments adapted to your background and the needs of the team.Who we are looking for Students that are motivated, keen to learn, willing to ask questions, and thorough.You are currently studying for a relevant bachelor's or master's degree within the relevant area and will have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship begins.You have good general IT skills and can learn new systems and tools quickly.You are fluent in written and spoken English.**Work authorisation:**Please note that you need to hold a valid Norwegian work-permit for the internship period.
