About the positions We are looking for ambitious finance and business development analysts who want to contribute to value creation and strategic decision-making across Vår Energi: Business Development (Stavanger) Planning & Economics (Stavanger) Treasury and Investor Relations (Oslo) Finance, Governance & Systems (Stavanger) Depending on your background and development path, you will contribute to financial analysis, evaluation of business cases, M&A assessments, strategic projects, capital markets activities and performance follow-up. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and gain exposure to key business decisions, company strategy and executive management. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad business understanding while working on projects that shape the future direction of one of Europe's fastest-growing energy companies. Background and experience Relevant master's degree, preferably within Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Economics or similar 2-4 years of relevant experience Experience from finance, consulting, auditing, banking, investment analysis, controlling, treasury, business development or related areas Strong analytical skills Experience with financial modelling, valuation, business analysis, forecasting or strategic projects is considered an advantage Interest in digital technologies, data analytics and the application of Artificial Intelligence in business processes Strong commercial mindset and interest in strategy, capital markets and value creation Why Vår Energi?
