The role combines team leadership with hands-on planning responsibility and clear ownership of Primavera across the organization. You will also contribute to the development of systems, methods and ways of working that support efficient project execution, coordination and reporting</p><ul><li>Lead and develop the Planning, Systems &amp; Methods team and prioritize its activities.</li><li>Develop, maintain and follow up project schedules, plans and reports, primarily using Primavera.</li><li>Prepare Level 1 schedules during tender and early project phases in cooperation with Sales and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Own and continuously improve Primavera as the organization’s common planning and coordination tool, driving simplification and consistent use while supporting project schedules, milestones, engineering-hour forecasts, resource requirements and load curves.</li><li>Monitor project progress, critical paths, capacity and schedule risks, and support alignment of project load curves with financial forecasts and headcount planning.</li><li>Contribute to the development and use of SAP, Jira, Power BI and other relevant systems, including participation in system working groups and improvement initiatives, to support efficient workflows, information sharing and reporting while reducing duplicate work.</li><li> Develop and improve practical planning methods, processes and templates, promoting consistent and efficient ways of working across projects and functions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are looking for someone with relevant experience from project planning, project execution, operations or another project-driven environment. <br />Experience with Primavera or comparable planning tools is an advantage. Equally important is a solid understanding of project planning and the ability and motivation to develop strong Primavera competence. Experience with ERP systems, Jira, Power BI, digitalization or improvement of processes and working methods will also be valuable.</p><p>You may have a technical, commercial or project-management background.
