We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pension and Insurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pension plans and insurance policies, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for DNV in the Nordic countries.
Key responsibilities
Provide expert advice on pension and insurance matters
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Analyze and interpret data to offer strategic insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brokers, and other stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices
Administer and manage pension plans and insurance policies
Lead relevant projects and change processes
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pension and insurance management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of pension regulations and insurance products
Proficiency in Excel for analytical tasks; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
Fluency in Norwegian (native level) and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
