Omega Subsea is growing within subsea, ROV, survey and offshore marine operations, with an increasing number of larger and more complex opportunities. We are therefore looking for a structured and commercially minded Tender Manager to manage tender processes from enquiry through submission. Working closely with management, project teams, customers and partners, you will coordinate technical, operational and commercial input to ensure high-quality, compliant and commercially sound proposals are delivered on time. Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate tender processes from enquiry through submission. Review tender requirements and establish clear responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines. Coordinate technical, operational and commercial input across the organisation. Ensure proposals are complete, compliant and commercially sound. Manage customer clarifications and follow up internal actions. Support tender strategy, bid/no-bid evaluations and commercial recommendations. Identify and communicate commercial, contractual and operational risks. Coordinate input from suppliers, partners and subcontractors when required. Maintain accurate and structured tender documentation. Contribute to improving and standardizing tender processes, templates and ways of working. Support effective handover of successful tenders to project teams. Qualifications Previous experience from the subsea industry is required, preferably within ROV, survey or offshore marine operations. Experience with tendering, proposals, contracts, commercial coordination or project management is highly relevant. Relevant higher education within business, engineering, project management, marine/offshore studies or similar is preferred. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education. Good understanding of technical and commercial tender documentation. Strong user skills in Microsoft 365. Experience with CRM, document management or tender systems is an advantage. Fluent written and spoken English; Norwegian language skills are an advantage. Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership. Clear and confident communicator who follows up stakeholders effectively. Resilient and able to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
