Application Service Manager - 28460 ' Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Application Service Manager 28460 Job responsibilities: • Manage the lifecycle of SAP applications, including maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades. • Plan and coordinate application-related activities and ensure effective prioritisation of tasks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement solutions. • Support delivery of initiatives and ensure alignment with agreed scope and timelines. • Contribute to operational support, including coordination of incidents, service requests, and follow-up activities. • Support in maintaining roles and authorizations, ensuring appropriate access management and compliance with security requirements. • Participate in and support structured change governance processes, ensuring that changes are prepared, reviewed, and communicated effectively. • Ensure clear communication of system changes, releases, and updates to relevant stakeholders. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. • Maintain visibility of activities, dependencies, and risks across the application landscape. Your experience and qualifications: • Relevant higher education within IT, business, or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education. • Proven experience with SAP application management and understanding of key SAP modules. • Strong understanding of IT landscapes, including system integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end processes. • Ability to navigate complex system environments and understand how applications interact across the IT landscape. • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage. • Strong communication skills in English and preferably Norwegian.
